Price-drop refund
You pay today’s ₹ when you join. If more people pay and the price falls, everyone settles at the frozen price. We UPI the difference back, same night when we can. This is the normal path, not a complaint.
Missed target
Not a refund reason. If 20 of 30 join, you still have the offer at the frozen price.
Honour refund
Valid code, inside the redeem window, partner cannot serve you. WhatsApp DAYHACK. We refund the frozen amount you settled.
Pending / rejected UTR
If we never confirm, you are not in the bundle. If money still left your bank, we trace the UTR and return it.
Who we pay
The UPI / bank that paid DAYHACK. We do not issue DAYHACK coins or store credit.
