1. What DAYHACK is
A website that runs time-limited bundles. More confirmed (paid) people can lower the rupee price. After the join window (usually 24 hours) the price freezes. The offer still stands if the target headcount is missed. Customers do not need to use the service together.
2. Two sites
Customers use the public site. Partners do not get a login. DAYHACK admin creates bundles after WhatsApp / phone.
3. Account
Mobile OTP only. You must be able to receive SMS on an Indian number.
4. Joining and paying
The price on the join screen is today’s price in ₹. Pay that amount to the DAYHACK UPI ID shown, not the shop. Enter the UTR. Status is pending until we confirm. Pending joins do not change the public count or price. Fake UTRs can be rejected.
5. Freeze, not fail
If 30 people was the target and 20 have paid when time ends, the bundle succeeds at the frozen price (example ₹440). You are not cancelled for missing 30.
6. Same price for everyone who paid
If the frozen price is lower than you paid, DAYHACK refunds the difference, aiming for the same night.
7. Redeem
You get a code and must use it in the redeem window. After that window the unused value is not a long-dated voucher.
8. Honour
If the partner cannot serve a valid code in the window, contact DAYHACK. We refund first.
9. Partners
Partners set a floor. We do not force 50% off. Pilot may be free. Later fees, if any, are agreed in writing.
10. Prohibited
Fraudulent UTRs, reselling codes without permission, abuse of staff.
11. Liability
Pilot software. We are responsible for confirmed DAYHACK payments and stated refunds. We are not the shop. Service quality at the venue is the partner’s. If they fail, our duty is the refund path above.
12. Law
India. Consumer Protection Act, 2019 applies to advertised ₹ prices. The ₹ on the screen must match what we settle.
